Already had premade pork stock from our pig heads.
Prepare the onions and ginger.
Char the onions and ginger.
Toast the spices.
Combine the broth ingredients.
Cover and simmer the broth.
Freeze the beef for 15 minutes.
Slice the beef into thin slices.
Cook the rice noodles.
