Alison and I are already getting excited about our next pop up pork sale. It’s going to be a bit premature this year too and we hope our regulars are eager to get their Christmas Hams this year.
We have been honoured with an offer from Francisco and Emma to pop in and prepare a delicious lunch and part of the Pop Up Festivities. Yesterday we got a little taste of what might be coming. Here is the pork star himself showing off his sausages.
Oh and the key word for me was a little taste–all I got was this little bit of Chorizo Criollo.
With any luck Francisco might let us help make some of the sausages. Bet we can better these guys.
