Kang Kong – Water Spinach

Here’s to a green that keeps on giving. I planted this for the Cromwell’s over a year ago as part of an experimental program to provide a local Thai restaurant with specialty produce. The experiment did not go as expected but we have ended up with a great little patch that is providing a healthy addition to plates here at the farm and a few local restaurants in Byron Bay and Bangalow including 100 mile table and the Stockpot Kitchen.
