The expression “eat like a pig” takes on a whole new meaning when you feed pigs. Wow do they love their food–especially grain and high end vegetable scraps. Lettuce–they can take or leave that most days. Trying to keep enough feed up to our growing number of oinkers has become a bit of a challenge. We have started to look at options for getting the good stuff in them and I have found a real classic “arms length” solution. As the case often is we have all the stuff to make up a couple of these. Great re-use of resources.
