Ingredients
- Chop onion really fine
- Cromwell garlic, 2 big fat cloves
- 8 Cromwell red chillies
- 2-6oz cans of tomato purée
- 2 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2/3 cup of cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon a Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of dad's finest honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- ground black pepper

About to have a go at making some more of Terie-Lea Tobin (TLT) BBQ sauce. We became addicted to this delicious sauce which was kindly left behind by the Illenberger’s when they took care of the farm over Christmas.
