Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes peeled
- 3/4 pound leeks
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pint milk
- 1 ounce butter
- 1-1/2 pints chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 pint light cream
- 2 egg yolks
Directions
Put some of our vegetable garden produce to work. In another few months I will try this again with our own potatoes which are coming along great. Good work farmer Sagaro oh and garlic too. Ok back to this recipe. Moe is home sick with the chicken pox and I am hoping this delicious classic might lift her spirits.
