I love Toronto. That kept running through my head each step I took last week as I was madly shopping for a quick escape to Porter Lake with my daughter Kaleigh and her boyfriend Jon. With about 10 minutes up my sleeve the mad shop was on. Could have spent a day browsing all the great shops in Kensington market but could only hit a few. The highlight was a great little meat shop (sanagans meat locker) where I bought some bacon, a chook and some maple syrup pork sausages. They all cooked up great at Porter Lake and by the way and as I was racing out the door of the little meat locker I took this shot of their library on the counter. The finest butcher porn collection I have seen.
