Sunday Chef Sessions and Lessons

We are very blessed to be in a community that has so many amazing world class chefs. Byron Bay and the hinterland have been known as havens for hippies, surfers, backpackers and now foodies. What a haven.

To celebrate all this Chef goodness we are going to have a go at some Sunday Sessions. The order of the day will be Simplicity. Sunday’s are a day of rest in the old world but in this new world resting if for lovely bits of meat having their requisite rest. Small is another part of the plan for our Parrish. 50 people maximum and when we pass the plate for payment you will only have to part with $50. Bookings will be essential.

Here is a list of Chefs that we currently work with and supply produce and protein too. In no particular order.

Graeme “Big Red” Stockdale – Stockpot Kitchen Bowling Club Bangalow
Bret Cameron – Harvest Cafe Newrybar
Craig – St. Elmos Byron Bay
Franciso – Francisco’s Table – Byron Hinterland-April 30 (Confirmed)
Sarah Swan – 100 Mile Table – Byron Bay
Jody Vassallo – Bangalow
Greg Andren – Formerly of Black Sombrero – Lismore (Heat is on)

Let’s start from the bottom which is today’s top. About to put a call into Chef at Large Greg Andren to get him to nail down a date. Hopefully real soon…I am due for a Good Sunday Session on the Farm.
