One of the challenges of having a working farm is taking a holiday. You can bring a few dogs and even cats away for a break but its a bit hard to bring your herd with you. Thankfully we have some very keen and aspiring farming friends in Sarah and Dan Swan, who once again took the reins and took great care of place while we spent a week with Alison’s family on Lake Macquarie in Toronto, NSW.
