It has been too long between Hāngi’s. The last one we had was over 10 years ago when we lived on Coolamon Scenic Drive. Better find some pictures of that to recall the moment and cast of characters. Found some.
We’ve got all the goodness right here on our farm to have a 100 meter Hāngi. Now all I need to do is get Alison’s blessings which will look like a team of highly qualified chefs, pitmasters, vegetable peelers, organisers and of course great people to come to our farm to share in this truly amazing cultural cuisines experience.
