In 2023, Greg and fellow farmer, friend and all-around good guy Jay O’Harae partnered up to take over the reins of Devine Quality Meats in Mullumbimby. This much-loved butcher shop has been serving the Byron Shire for over 30 years, providing the community with top-quality, locally sourced meats and great service. Proud to be Mullum’s butcher.

Boots made in Australia are built for hard yakka. Blundstones and R.M Williams are known for their durability – while also looking pretty good too. Greg wanted to share these Australian icons with his home country of Canada and so The Australian Boot Company was born.

Picture the scene: three friends on a canoe trip in Ontario’s beautiful heartland, drinking beers and sharing dreams. Greg Taylor, Cam Heaps and Greg Cromwell had been colleagues at one of Canada’s premier microbreweries in the ’90s… until they were fired. Over fire light and probably one too many, they decided to start a brewery of their own…

We’re proud of our herd and are pleased to now offer some of our Three Girl Dexter Stud for sale. An exceptional, heritage breed, our Dexters provide lean tender meat, full of essential vitamins and minerals that only top-quality beef can.

One of the things that our guests rave about most is the bed linen. Cast your eyes over our Airbnb reviews and it won’t take you long to see what we mean. Hale Mercantile create luxury European linen for a fabulous night’s rest.

A fun, family-friendly pub in Byron’s industrial estate. With a kick-ass courtyard that makes the most of the sunshine and a really delicious menu, we’re big fans of this local spot. Jed and the kitchen team take pub food to the next level – keep your eye out for Cromwell Farms produce on the menu!

All our getaways feature our curated mini-bars for your snacking pleasure… and what better way to snack than with Rune! Think: the perfect BBQ snack mix + chipotle jerky for a flavour explosion. Made in Queensland.

Another favourite in our mini-bars… the chocolate (the eating and the drinking kind!) from Bahen & Co is divine. The Bahen chocolate factory operates from the family farm in Margaret River, Western Australia. We love their transparent and ethical approach to making stone-ground chocolate from bean to bar.

Keeping us always up to date with what’s happening in our area is ABC North Coast, a local radio station broadcasting to the Northern Rivers region in New South Wales. Chef David Lovett, who has curated our mini-bars and written the recipes for our website and in-house recipe booklet, shares even more of his delicious recipes on ABC North Coast too!

Reece and Stacey are Beam Coffee – whose ethic is to work with the freshest and tastiest coffee beans and roast them locally in Byron Bay with the greatest respect.
The result? Really, really delicious coffee. Simple as that. That’s why you’ll find their beans in the kitchen of each of our getaways. If you’re in Byron, we recommend also checking out their newest venture ‘Happy Days’ espresso and sandwich bar too.

Other kitchen staples for Cromwell Farms are the brews from Love Tea in Melbourne. Not only are their tea blends thoughtfully, skillfully and carefully curated, Emma and Damien are committed to working with growers that they know and trust. Makes for a perfect cup everytime.

Great oil = fantastic cooking. We think that ALTO olive oil is some of the finest that Australia has to offer – which is why you’ll find it in the pantry ready for you to use at all of our properties. We’re such big fans that you’ll also find their olives in our mini-bars for you to try too.
