Citrus is in abundance at our goonengerry property during autumn and winter, get out and make the most of them. Oranges obviously work but mandarin juice sounds a little fancier, doesn’t it..?
Ingredients
4 or 5 mandarins per person
Small sprig of mint
Optional sparkling wine, champagne or prosecco
Method
Half and juice the mandarins and pour through a strainer to remove any pips and pulp.
Divide between glasses and tear in some fresh mint.
To give an extra lift add a healthy pour of sparkling wine, champagne or prosecco to each glass, Salute!
