Where possible David has created these dishes using Cromwell Farm’s produce or things from our kitchen staples and minibar, which he also curated.

All Cromwell Farms properties are equipped with top-quality kitchen facilities, cookware, and utensils. They are a joy to cook in, and we encourage you to get involved.

These are simple and tasty family favourites, utilising not only delicious things grown on our farms but also the best of what the Northern Rivers has to offer.
